What lid will work for the 10 in brushed stainless steel fry pan? I don't necessarily have to have a lid but it would be nice!

What are is the difference between this 10” pan and the one included in the Set of two French skillets d5 pans; one thing I noticed is the weight; this is 4 lb vs little over one lb for the included in the Set! are the qualities different?

Hi Matt66, The French Skillets have steeper sides allowing for more cooking surface while the Fry Pans have sloped side walls to help with ease of flipping or sliding food off the pan.

Is this pan compatible with induction stovetops?
