- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.
- Pan will darken slightly with use. This is normal and will enhance its performance.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

It weighs in at a hefty 2 pounds 7 ounces, and as such it will retain heat well - So be warned, do not leave delicate cakes sitting in the pan beyond a few minutes cooling. But heavy pan means it holds baking temperature while your home oven varies over a wide range. Quality compares with the top of the line from Chicago Metallic. Ordered in mid-September, I already used it for a variety of test projects. Although 2" deep, the sides are so straight that even a half-inch sponge came out perfectly flat and level thanks to even air flow. Difficult to clean? Not if you use it correctly. This is NOT non-stick- you should grease the pan, paper the bottom, & grease the paper - Then dust all with flour or whatever. I had found an Italian cake recipe that required three rectangular pans for the layers. The batter cooked perfectly with the right amount of time and evenly browned. The pans cleaned up easily with soap and water. I did not soak them as they are made from aluminum and steel and did not want them to rust. The pans are weighty and well made and will last a lifetime if cared for properly. I replaced the rest of my round and square baking pans with this brand. The pans rust immediately and are impossible to properly clean. One of our pans actually rusted from less than 10 minutes of soaking in soapy water. In addition, food gets stuck in each of the four corners and can only be cleaned out with a sharp object, like a paring knife. Baked goods (brownies, cake, lasagna, pasta bakes, enchiladas, etc) come out perfectly. I own multiple products from this line of pans and use them a lot. If there are left over food bits in the corner cracks of the pans, soak in warm/hot water for a few minutes and use the corner of your sponge. It all comes out easily.
