Our pecan pie filling is made in the hill country of central Texas and helps you quickly create pies that capture the taste of the southern classic. Prep is simple – just blend the filling with butter and eggs, then pour it into two pie shells and bake.

Recipe
Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months.
Preparation Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove lid and microwave jar for 1 minute.
- Pour contents into large mixing bowl.
- Put 4 Tbs. margarine or butter into jar, microwave for 30 seconds until melted and allow to cool.
- Blend eggs with butter in jar using fork (4 large eggs for one 10" deep dish pie, or 5 large eggs for two small 9" pies).
- Empty jar into bowl and mix well with pie filling.
- Pour into prepared pie shell.
- Bake one 10" deep dish pie for 65 minutes.
- Bake two 9" pies for 50 minutes.
- Check pie when it rises and cracks on top.
- Center should move like set gelatin. Leave in oven longer if runny.
- Cool overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
