  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 romaine leaves
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 medium green apple
  • 1/4 medium cucumber
  • 1/4 medium lemon, peeled


Juice the ingredients in the order listed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Serve immediately.

Smoothie variation: Blend in 1/2 medium avocado to make a smoothie.
