Sweet, ripe mangoes and tart limes are a classic combination the world over.
- 3 mangoes
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup water
- Crushed ice as needed
Peel the mangoes, cut into large chunks and discard the pits. Remove the lime zest in strips and set aside. Peel, quarter and seed the lime.
Place the mangoes, lime quarters and water in a blender and process until smooth. Stir in the lime zest.
Fill 1 or 2 glasses with crushed ice, pour in the juice and serve immediately. Serves 1 or 2.
