Honey Tangerine Fizz
Sparkling-juice cocktails are the perfect solution when you need a festive drink for partygoers who don’t want to drink alcohol. Also, when it is just too hot for wine or beer, this fizzy refresher can be sipped all day long. For this fizz, use the juice of Ojai Pixie tangerines, satsuma mandarins or clementines.
- 3 cups fresh tangerine juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup orange blossom honey
- Crushed ice as needed
- 2 cups lemon- or raspberry-flavored sparkling water
- Raspberries for garnish
In a large pitcher, combine the tangerine juice, lemon juice and honey. Stir vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved. Add about 2 cups of crushed ice, then slowly pour in the sparkling water. Stir gently.
Fill individual glasses with more ice and pour in the fizz. Garnish each drink with 1 or 2 raspberries and serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
