This frosty shake is reminiscent of creamsicles, those cooling vanilla-and-orange pops on a stick.
- 4 oz. vanilla ice cream (about 1/2 cup firmly packed)
- 4 oz. orange sherbet (about 1/2 cup firmly packed)
- 1/3 cup milk, plus more as needed
- Whipped cream for serving
In a milkshake maker, combine the ice cream, sherbet and the 1/3 cup milk and blend according to the manufacturer’s instructions. If the shake is too thick, add more milk until the desired consistency is reached.
Pour the milkshake into a tall glass and top with a spoonful of whipped cream. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
