Because this colorful smoothie uses frozen fruit, you can enjoy its bright summer flavor all year long.
- 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) frozen strawberries
- 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) frozen raspberries
- 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) frozen mango chunks
- 2 cups (16 fl. oz./500 ml) orange juice
- 1 Tbs. honey
In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, mango, orange juice and honey and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 4 cups (1 l).
