Rated 5 out of 5 by MellieStew from Wonderful recipes! This book was a gift, and I absolutely love it! I have tried three recipes thus far, and the risotto is the best I've ever made. If you are comfortable with your pressure cooker, you can't go wrong with this gem.Date published: 2019-05-01Rated 1 out of 5 by Helpwithpc from Would love to hear from your Test Kitchens! I bought this book a couple of weeks ago and have tried 3 recipes and experienced issues with each. The turkey chili did not have enough liquid to come to pressure; the rice pudding although somewhat creamy warm, hardened beyond belief when refrigerated; my butcher cut short ribs were tough and against my better judgment, I quick released as the recipe instructed. I used less meat than 5 lbs and kept the 45 minute cook time... All the flavors were spot on as always with your Recipes; I have used you as a reference for years! Any tips? Should I have purchased a different book for my electric pressure cooker/slow cooker? In the meantime, I am making notes in my book to add more liquid, longer cook time - short ribs. Use less rice???? Hope this helps others.Date published: 2018-12-14Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris from Deceptive Anyone who purchases this "cookbook" should be aware that it's more like a hardcover pamphlet. It measures 8"x 6". Hardly the dimensions of a legitimate cookbook. The pictures and recipes are tiny. All in all a very big disappointmentDate published: 2018-10-26
