- Gluten-free flour blend (brown rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, organic yellow corn flour, waxy rice flour), sugar, natural Meyer lemon flavor, double-acting baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), organic vanilla-type flavor, sea salt, xanthan gum, freeze-dried organic lemon, citric acid.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts (almonds, coconuts).

Preparation Instructions
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 2 eggs
- 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 package quick bread mix (included)
Directions
- Preheat an oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 4-by-8-inch (10-by-20-cm) loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and melted butter until combined. Add the quick bread mix and whisk just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
- Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn the loaf out onto the rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Serves 10 to 12.
