At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

Finally after all my research it came to one choice so I did splurge on the Wolf Gourmet. It is everything it says it is and more. Perfect coffee, perfect temperature, exactly the same every morning! Would I buy it again? Absolutely

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Something to appreciate We received this as a gift (after hinting seriously). Going in, we simply wanted it match our new Wolf range, like kitchen jewelry. After a few weeks we realize it's much more than that. It's easy to use all of the features, Accubrew means I don't have to count (and lose track of) the number of scoops I put in, and the coffee is nearly McDonalds hot (pre-warm the carafe for best results). It's also very quiet. Expensive? Sure is. It's built like a Mercedes though, must weigh ten pounds. Seems like it will last 20 years. A very nice splurge!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best coffee maker ever I had a hard time justifying the cost of this coffee maker until I got it home, what a fantastic machine. From the accubrew feature that weighs the coffee for a perfect brew to the thermal carafe that keeps your coffee warm for two hours, this I s a great coffee maker. The only flaw I see is the accubrew system does not measure water from the tank, you have to put in the exact amount of water because it will brew all the water in the tank no matter what cup setting you have, this seems odd, otherwise perfection.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice !!! I have had my Wolf coffee maker for a few months now. It makes a great pot of coffee and I couldn't be happier. It is simple to use and the coffee will stay hot way longer than i expected it to. It is fast and very easy to clean. I can not think of any changes I would prefer in its design. It matches all the other Wolf appliances that I have and looks great at the coffee bar. It is a little expensive but it comes with a 5 year warranty and it is a Wolf. I am very happy that I purchased it.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Machine! We've had our Wolf coffee maker for a week so far. We replaced our $149 six year old Cuisinart also from Williams Sonoma. We have the Wolf counter top oven and the Multi Cooker as well so we love Wolf. This coffee pot is perfectly simply to use and does its job perfectly and looks beautiful! My 2 issues are 1) The side top fill water holder is awesome but you still need to physically lift it all the way up and out in order to see the measurements and fill lines. All of the lines and number are on the location that is not visible when pouring water in unless you remove it up and out completely and take it all the way out. Why didn't they just put all the lines and measurements right on the outside that shows? I took a sharpie and marked my own lines on it. This seems like a rather simple oversight and an easy fix by Wolf. 2) Coffee hot coming out but doesn't stay hot in carafe for a long time. I alway end up giving it a shot of heat in the microwave. I still love it but only 4 .5 stars.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from PRICEY BUT EXCELLENT WITH A FEW ISSUES I've had the Wolf Gourmet Coffee Maker now for several days and have used it many times. I'm impressed. It's design in appearance is stunning if not perfection. Controls and knobs are well thought out and what I admire about it is that it is more analog in function and less digital. Keeping it simple is paramount and Wolf has accomplished that. Also worthy is the fact that this unit comes with a 5 year warranty. Many Wolf Gourmet products are actually built by Hamilton-Beach but despite the builder, the Wolf products are well covered (we have the toaster and the oven as well) via the offered warranty. The most important compliment is that the coffee pours HOT (much hotter than say a Capresso or typical Mr. Coffee). The carafe also manages to excel on its thermal design in maintaining the temperature of the coffee after brewing. It's pricey for a simple coffee maker. In fact, I know of nothing more costly for the brewing of basic coffee. There is no built-in grinder so consider that as well as so many prefer that option (I do not). There are a few design flaws but nothing too major. My real complaint is that a very faint signal is omitted from the unit when the brew cycle has completed. You'll never hear it unless you are standing in front of the unit itself. It is so faint and therefore not effective at all. The other issue is that the carafe top pours poorly. There is no dispensing button or handle to control the flow of the coffee or the release of the coffee into your cup. I've found that the pour almost always leaks somewhat as the directional flow is too wide. Finally, the unit looks wonderful on your counter even if you don't have other Wolf appliances. There is just something about those red knobs that are a Wolf trademark! Would I be crazy enough to buy it again if I was provided the choice despite it's ultra high price tag? I would...

  • How is the “Water Filter” indicator reset after replacing with a new filter?

    Hi Jjking, To reset the WATER FILTER reminder, turn the Mode Selector bezel to CLEAN mode. Then, press and hold the ZERO button for 5 seconds.

    I need to store my coffeemaker on my counter under my cabinets. When I prepare the coffee the coffeemaker needs to slid forward to pour the water into the reservoir. Does this maker move easily on a quartz countertop? Thank you in advance.

    Hi! I would like to recommend placing the coffee maker on a placemat. There are so many, from very inexpensive to very expensive, plain to elegant, etc. This would guarantee that your coffee maker would slide easily.
