At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

We’ve also found we’re no longer hesitant to open a bottle when we know we may not finish it, and now pour less already opened wine down the sink. I received our Plum three months ago and it has been amazing! The most annoying part is that we end up having to give demos to the friends in our wine club because everyone is curious. :-) I have spoken to support a few times and it sounds like they have resolved all the issues previous reviewers mentioned. From our experience, it's been awesome. We go through 3-4 bottles per week and love having it ready at a moment's notice. It identifies my wine 90% of the time and watching it identify the wine and having the wine label automatically appear on the touchscreen is really impressive. And besides having to order expensive replacement capsules after only five bottles of wine, I realize we were never given the tool we need to open the back of the Plum. We had a minor problem when it shipped that the argon catering was loose. Easy to fix, just tighten it. Worked perfect ever since. We purchased Plum several months ago for our downtown studio and it is awesome! We have enjoyed at least 30 bottles with Plum, and my husband loves to show it off to friends -embarrassing! He wants to put another one in our other home where they watch sports We did have a loose argon tank from shipping, but Alexa in customer service helped us get it fixed over the phone in five minutes. The access to the Argon canister is restricted by a very specialized locking nut, a tool for which is NOT included. I emailed and phoned, they claimed "award-winning" customer service, but two weeks later, after multiple contacts with them, I still have no way to open the back to try to self-repair the argon canister connection. This is a VERY expensive paperweight, with terrible customer service. I asked why they designed such difficult access, especially with expected life of only 160 bottles per argon canister, knowing customers would need access to replace. I asked why they didn't include specialized tool when they knew it would be needed. No answers to my questions, just three claims they would send me the tool, and two weeks later I still have not received it. Plum replaced the unit and within 2 days on the right side they said the argon sensor went out due to only dispensing 1oz instead of the 5 oz it was supposed to. They sent me a 3rd unit and right out of the box was saying I needed to clean the machine. I used the 2 bottles already installed (I was tired of wasting and losing bottle after bottle of wine). I cleaned the unit and it was saying it did not recognize the cleaning bottle I had used (provided by plum) and it still said needed to be cleaned. I cleaned a 2nd time and still no change, still says needs to be cleaned. Returning 3rd unit for a refund, I am soooooooo over this losing bottles of wine and this darn unit not working. I have spent more time on this unit then I have wanted to including trouble shooting calls with Plum. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!Date published: 2018-01-22
