Wine Chips Charcuterie Trio

These handmade potato chips offer the sophistication of a cheese pairing yet require no refrigeration. Each flavor is crafted to pair with a specific wine, from light whites to full-bodied reds. Produced in small batches in Southern California, the savory snacks are made from locally grown potatoes that are lattice cut into slices much thicker than the average chip for a satisfying crunch. This collection includes three popular varieties inspired by charcuterie. Each one arrives in a portable tube and makes a great hostess gift.

• Spicy Calabrese: Features a smoky, lightly spicy flavor with a tangy finish that pairs well with red wine. Try these chips with Sangiovese, Pinot Noir and most full-bodied reds. (3 oz.)
• Billionaire's Bacon: Features the salty-sweet taste of bacon glazed in honey and brown sugar. Bacon goes with everything, so enjoy these chips with your favorite red, white, rosé or sparkling wine. (3 oz.)
• Dry Aged Ribeye: Features the classic flavors of a perfectly seasoned steak, with notes of garlic and pepper, and hints of onion and smoke. Pair the chips with any red wine you'd drink with steak, especially Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. (3 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Wine chips ship fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 3 months. Once opened, store in airtight container and enjoy within 2 weeks.

• Spicy Calabrese: Potato chips (potatoes, vegetable oil [contains one or more of the following: corn oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil]), maltodextrin, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, spices, natural flavors, sugar, yeast extract, torula yeast, natural smoke flavor, citric acid, maltodextrin, red wine vinegar (contains sulfites), sugar, cayenne pepper.
