Receiving Instructions

• Refrigerate cheese and salami upon receipt.
• Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan, where it will keep up to 9 months unopened. Upon opening, enjoy cheese within 2 weeks.
• Store salami unopened in refrigerator for up to 12 months. Upon opening, enjoy within 1 week.
• Store conserve unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Refrigerate after opening, and enjoy within 6 months.

Serving Instructions
