Rated 5 out of 5 by Larrymc from One of my favorite utensils I have had this skimmer for maybe 15 years, and use it once or twice a week. It’s still as good as new. Looks good, solid construction (obviously!), feels good, and is the perfect size for small straining jobs.Date published: 2019-02-11Rated 4 out of 5 by KayLeo from Looks good and feels comfortable... ... but I like my other fine mesh skimmer a little bit better. My other one came with different sizes to accommodate different sized tasks and different sized bowls and pots. However, I do like that the Williams-Sonoma Fine Mesh Skimmer has no handle on the head side (helper handles get in the way!) and that it is truly 'fine'.Date published: 2014-06-09Rated 5 out of 5 by ArtN from Better than the All-Clad version The finer mesh on the WS skimmer makes it a better performer. I really love my All-Clad utensils so when I'm reaching for the Williams-Sonoma skimmer when I make broth, that says a lot. The shape of the bowl, the larger size, and the finer mesh = the best skimmer you can buy.Date published: 2014-04-16Rated 5 out of 5 by SousAndy from Excellent Skimmer I've had this skimmer for quite a bit of time, and it is my goto utensil for skimming the materials that float to the top of broths and stocks. This is an excellent skimmer, and a great addition to any busy kitchen.Date published: 2013-08-18
