Crafted in the traditional French style, our chocolate croissants are prepared using buttery pastry dough and fine chocolate. The frozen pastries are easy to prepare – just thaw and bake to enjoy croissants with an irresistible buttery aroma, flaky golden-brown exteriors and delicate interiors filled with decadent chocolate. There's no faster or easier way to bring a taste of France to the breakfast table.

- Use & Care
- The croissants ship frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove croissants from the shipping container and place in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 1 month.
- Place the frozen croissants, rounded side up, on a nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover loosely with a sheet of parchment paper. Let thaw for approx. 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the top piece of parchment paper. If desired, lightly beat 1 egg with 1 Tbs. cold water and use a pastry brush to coat the croissants with the egg wash. Bake the croissants until golden brown, 18–20 minutes.
- Dough (wheat flour, butter [cream], water, chocolate [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (emulsifier)], natural vanilla flavor), sugar, yeast, whole-milk powder, wheat gluten, salt, food enzymes (amylase, hemicellulase), ascorbic acid (dough conditioner), egg wash (eggs, water).

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I note WS now also sells a croissant made by Galaxy. I can't comment on those as we haven't had them. The WS croissants are amazing and a fun family event given the preparation method. Everyone gets excited with anticipation the night before as the croissants are carefully laid out onto parchment paper. The next morning a quick egg wash in the morning and then they bake up to perfection every time. Light, flakey and delicious. As I write this my 9 year old is asking if we're going to make sure to have the Christmas croissants this year. Of course we will!Date published: 2019-11-30
What type of Chocolate do you use?Hi 1Gr8dave, The chocolate croissants feature pure chocolate that is made from cocoa paste and cocoa butter. The ingredients are identical to those of great chocolatiers. Only the % of chocolate can vary. We use a natural vanilla aroma as opposed to vanillin, which is artificial.Date published: 2019-12-12
