- Goldtouch ceramic-based nonstick coating makes baking sheet more abrasion-resistant than normal nonstick surfaces – and releases food with ease.
- Coated wire reinforcement along sheet pan's rim maximizes durability and resistance to rust and warping.
- Unique diamond-textured surface strengthens sheet pan while increasing airflow for even baking.
- Commercial-quality steel wire cooling rack allows air to circulate underneath.
- Rack features a durable Goldtouch nonstick coating for easy release and cleanup.

Rated 1 out of 5 by duped once from buyer beware I bought two of the Goldtouch half sheets. One cleans up beautifully and the other is peeling and corrosive. It's a defective pan. They are not the good quality I thought they would be. I showed both pans to the manager at WS Arboretum in Austin and received absolutely no satisfaction. Manager said they can not do anything after 30 days. Very disappointing. I won't buy another William Sonoma product again...inferior.Date published: 2019-11-05Rated 1 out of 5 by tennisfan from BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! As other reviewers mentioned, these goldtouch pans are impossible to clean. You are not allowed to use anything abrasive but hot water and mild dish soap are not getting rid of the residue after roasting vegetables, etc. These pans will also warp, which I thought I would avoid by buying higher quality bakeware. Definitely not worth the price!Date published: 2019-06-11Rated 5 out of 5 by Jetserver from Great Investment I have found these sheet pans to be excellent. I have 4, plus a wire cooling rack. I've had 3 sheet pans for 3 years and just bought another with the cooling rack. They have lasted the test of time so far and still look like new. I do use sheets of parchment when I cook with them, only because I got tired of buying new pans over the course of the years. With adding the parchment paper, the clean up is easy and I don't worry about messing up my pan set. These are a great size as well, and I find that they conduct heat very evenly. I'd buy them again, but don't think that I'll have to!Date published: 2019-01-10Rated 5 out of 5 by Nancy A from Best Pan Ever, I will absolutely buy more I purchased this pan recently after throwing away most of my bakeware. I bought pans elsewhere that were inexpensive and the non-stick came off very quickly … you get what you pay for. I have been baking everything on this pan from French fries, chicken, vegetables, meats and everything releases perfectly. Clean up is a breeze. I’m looking now to add to my collection.Date published: 2018-08-19Rated 5 out of 5 by TakeCareOfYourPans from Great Baking sheets, After well over 15yrs Have had 2 full size & 2 half sizes for well over 15 yrs & they are still great "nonstick" pans. NOTE: always gently hand-wash/towel-dry, never use in ovens over 360-375 deg. F. Mine are still nonstick & serve me well. No chipping at all. Buy $$ CHEAP pans for rough, high-heat baking/broiling. It's like anything else, take gentle care of these pans and they'll serve you well over 20 yrsDate published: 2018-07-22Rated 1 out of 5 by Hazelat home from Warps when it gets hot! When the pan heats up it torques and no longer provides a flat surface. I'll have to look elsewhere for a well made sheet pan. Soooooo disappointed!Date published: 2018-05-18Rated 2 out of 5 by Mindy14 from Time will tell I bought two sizes of this baking pan, the larger of which I haven’t used much. But the quarter sheet I use a lot. I’m having trouble getting it clean as you can see. Nothing gets stuff out of the little divots. I bet the smooth surface is great. Also they claim these pans don’t twist like others but they do just not to the same degree.Date published: 2018-04-28Rated 5 out of 5 by VintageValri from Great Baking Sheet! This is a high quality baking sheet. Baking goods bake evenly and the no-stick feature is great! Love the cooking rack!Date published: 2018-02-08
