    Barbacoa Rub

    • This bright and zesty blend of mild ancho and delicate guajillo chiles is heightened with citrus and balanced by garlic, cumin, paprika and two kinds of peppers. For savory-sweet complexity, add it to everything from meat and poultry to tofu and vegetables.

    Elote Rub
