Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray 6-well donut pan with baking spray. Set aside.
In medium bowl, whisk together butter, eggs and milk. Add donut mix and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix – a few lumps are fine.
Using piping bag or spoon, fill each donut well approx. 3/4 full. Bake on middle rack for 10–12 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not overbake.
Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Invert pan over rack. Allow donuts to cool to touch, approx. 15 minutes.

In small bowl, add glaze mix and 1 1/2 Tbs. milk. Whisk until combined. If glaze is too thick, add in 1 Tbs. milk at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Dip top half of each donut in glaze.
Place donuts crinkle-side up and serve warm or at room temperature.
