Upon receipt, store unopened relish at room temperature for up to 48 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.
Store unopened gravy base at room temperature for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.
Store unopened stuffing mix at room temperature for up to 15 months. Once opened, store at room temperature in airtight container and enjoy within 3 weeks.

In saucepan over medium-high heat, combine gravy base and milk.
Whisk until mixture comes to a simmer. If desired, whisk in homemade stock, pan drippings or dry sherry to taste.
Serve warm.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 9" x 13" (23cm x 33cm) baking dish.
In large sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery. Sauté until they start to soften. Add chicken broth and heat until warm.
Pour mixture into large bowl. Add stuffing mix and stir until well-combined. Let rest until liquid is absorbed and stuffing cubes are moist, approx. 10–15 minutes. For a softer texture, add more broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
If desired, add sautéed mushrooms, cooked sausage, cooked wild rice, apples, dried cranberries, prunes or walnuts.
Transfer stuffing mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake for 30–40 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
