Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Cornbread mix (included)
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 8" sq. baking pan (use 9" sq. baking pan for thinner cornbread).

Combine eggs, oil and milk in medium bowl and beat together until well blended. Pour in cornbread mix and gently stir together. Do not overmix.

Pour batter in greased pan and bake 35–40 minutes. Cornbread is done when top is gold-colored and tester inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool slightly, then cut into squares.

• Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, cornmeal (yellow cornmeal), aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, natural vanilla.
• Contains wheat/gluten.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, mustard.
