Crafted in small batches with panko bread crumbs, it gives food an irresistibly crispy finish – using little or no oil – plus delicious complex flavor that's sweet, fruity, spicy, smoky and herbaceous. Just make a flour and egg mix, then dip chicken, pork or fish in it. Coat the protein with the seasoning blend and cook it in the air fryer. The versatile mix also works well on broccoli, green beans, onions and squash.

• Panko bread crumbs (unbleached wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, salt), sugar, dried chilies, garlic, salt, paprika, apple cider vinegar powder (maltodextrin, apple cider vinegar, modified food starch), cornstarch, 2% or less of: onion, ginger, citric acid, sunflower oil.
