It's easy to whip up a batch of sweet treats with this gourmet cookie dough. Handcrafted by the experts of the San Francisco-based Jane Group of cafés and bakeries, the buttery shortbread and sugar cookie dough logs arrive ready to slice, bake and enjoy. This assortment includes three fun favorites that are perfect for Valentine's Day.

• Pinwheel Sugar Cookie Dough: Creates vanilla sugar cookies with red-and-white swirl design and sprinkle-coated edges. (1 lb. 1 oz.)
• Striped Shortbread Cookie Dough: Turns out rectangular shortbread cookies with vibrant colors and berries-and-cream flavor. (1 lb. 1 oz.)
• Sprinkle Shortbread Cookie Dough: Makes shortbread cookies filled with multicolored sprinkles and edged in crunchy sugar. (1 lb. 1 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Dough ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and store unopened in refrigerator for up to 10 days or in freezer for up to 4 months.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, remove dough and allow it to soften for a few minutes before slicing.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease pans to prevent cookies from sticking. Slice cookies 1/4" thick. Place cookies on prepared pans, leaving 1" between them.
• Rewrap leftover dough and return to refrigerator or freezer.
• Bake for 12–15 minutes. Check regularly, as oven temperatures may vary. Edges of cookies should be lightly golden when done.
• Allow to cool before serving.

• Pinwheel Sugar Cookie Dough: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, powdered sugar, vanilla bean powder, red and pink sprinkles (sugar cornstarch, palm oil, palm kernel oil, dextrin, soy lecithin, color [turmeric, annatto, beet juice, vegetable juice, beta-carotene], maltodextrin, sodium bicarbonate, confectioners' glaze, carnauba wax), Chefmaster® natural red (glycerin, water, beet color, lycopene, red cabbage color).
• Striped Shortbread Cookie Dough: Organic enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, powdered sugar, raspberry puree (red raspberries, cane sugar, fruit pectin, citric acid, ascorbic acid), blackberry puree (90%), sugar (10%), Chefmaster natural red (glycerin, water, beet color, lycopene, red cabbage color), vanilla bean powder.
