- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.
- Pan will darken slightly with use. This is normal and will enhance its performance.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by myca99 from Several years later, this pan is still perfect I have had the Williams Sonoma Jelly Roll pan for years, so I think the gray film is probably a manufacturing error for a given set of lots, but I love this sheet. It never twists, and I love that it isn't darker so I don't have to remember to adjust the temperature down to accommodate that. I have another brand's full sheet now and it always twists and cooks the food unevenly. Just bought this. Haven't used it. Had a heck of a time cleaning the glue drops off (that held the paper with product description to the sheet). I used olive oil and then dish soap. The problem is that there is black film all over the paper towel when I rub the tray with olive oil. I'm scared to use it. It is supposed to be 15"x10"x1" and the outer dimensions don't even measure those measurements. The pan insert notes it is 14.2"x9.3"x1". I purchased these and they are terrible. They warp in the oven every time I use them. You can hear it 'ping' and look in to find 2 opposite corners lifted off the rack. I purchased 2 of them and it happens with both. It does not warp even at 400 and 500 temperatures as my other baking sheets have done, and I have used it to broil chicken thighs and bake vegetables over 400 degrees. The surface cleans easily and I have never had any gray film whatsoever, so I bought a second one and use them both at the same time. They are the only pans I use when making cookies and jelly rolls. During the Christmas season I make hundreds of cookies and pastries. The results are perfect. Not dark on the underside like the dark pans create. I am buying two more as a gift for someone who admired them and asked me where I purchased them. I wash them by hand (no big deal, they clean up easily and beautifully with a little Bar Keepers Friend). They have never filmed and never let me down. They're made in America, which is important to me, and they're a commercial grade, quality product. It can be hard to find traditional jelly roll pans, and sometimes nothing else will do. (My pecan bar recipe comes out perfect every time when baked in this pan.)Date published: 2014-12-12
