Hand made in the Netherlands, the Moccamaster coffeemaker rapidly brews a 32 fl.-oz. carafe of coffee in less than six minutes. A unique copper heating element controls brewing temperature and ensures optimum coffee flavor extraction. The compact KBTS lacks nothing in function, including a manually adjusted brew basket to control coffee flow and stop brewing mid-cycle to grab a cup. A thermal stainless-steel carafe keeps coffee hot for an hour or longer.

• Adjustable brew basket features a manually operated drip-stop that allows you to adjust for brewing a half pot, full pot, or full drip-stop for a quick cup before the brew cycle completes.
• Stainless steel thermal jug maintains coffee quality, integrity and taste for up to an hour, or longer if the travel lid is used.

Use

• For use with #4 paper filters.
• Before using your new coffee brewer for the first time, or if the machine has not been used for some time, we recommend first rinsing the water receptacle. Fill the coffee brewer with cold water and operate once or twice without any coffee.
• Do not use the thermos for storing dairy products or baby food, as these will curdle if kept for a longer period of time; do not use for carbonated beverages.
• Do not transport the thermos in a horizontal or upside-down position as it can lead to leakage; use special transport lid.
• Do not drink directly from the thermos; liquid from the carafe may be very hot.
• Never place thermos on hot or warm cooking ring, gas cooker or other heat source.
• Never place thermos in an oven or microwave.
• For indoor use only.

Care

• All removable parts and pieces are dishwasher safe, although hand-washing is recommended for longevity.
• Do not clean thermos with abrasive cleaners, steel wool or similar materials; not dishwasher safe.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
