Use

• Cast iron grill top can be removed from base and used independently in the oven or on the barbeque for alternate cooking method.

Care

• Unplug before cleaning.
• Raclette base: remove the grill plate and wipe the base with a damp cloth to wipe away food, and grease; dry thoroughly.
• Grill plate: wash with a non-abrasive sponge in warm water using mild dish soap then rinse; leave to soak in soapy water for stubborn, baked on food residue; do not use wire brushes, steel wood or abrasive cleaners; it is important to dry the grill plate thoroughly after washing.
• Raclette dishes are dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to maintain the nonstick coating.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
