Use

• Cast iron grill top can be removed from base and used independently in oven or on barbeque for alternate cooking method.

Care

• Unplug before cleaning.
• Raclette Base: remove grill plate and wipe base with damp cloth to wipe away food, and grease; dry thoroughly.
• Grill Plate: wash with nonabrasive sponge in warm water using mild dish soap then rinse; leave to soak in soapy water for stubborn, baked on food residue; do not use wire brushes, steel wood or abrasive cleaners; it is important to dry grill plate thoroughly after washing.
• Raclette dishes are dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended to maintain nonstick coating.

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
