FLAVOR PROFILE
- Tender, finely marbled, savory seasonings, hardwood-smoked
WHY WE LOVE IT
- Get a rack of rich, smoky Texas kurobuta spareribs on the table in minutes with a little help from Snake River Farms. Kurobuta, or "black hog," is the Japanese term for the Berkshire breed – the source of the country's famous pork from the Kagoshima prefecture. Like its Japanese counterpart, the kurobuta from Snake River Farms is deep in color and streaked with fine marbling that makes it exceptionally tender and delicious. Seasoned with a signature spice blend and smoked over hardwood chips by the experts of Southside Market & Barbeque, these crowd-pleasing ribs arrive fully cooked and ready to heat.
NET WEIGHT
- 1 lb. 6 oz.
- Fully cooked – just heat and serve.
- Shipped frozen.
- Kurobuta pork, salt, pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic, silicon dioxide.

Receiving Instructions
- Ribs ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 6 months.
Thawing Instructions
- If frozen, thaw completely in refrigerator before heating.
Preparation Instructions
- Grill: Remove ribs from packaging and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on barbecue pit or grill over indirect 300°F heat. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F as measured by instant-read thermometer.
- Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove ribs from packaging and wrap in aluminum foil. Heat in oven for 30–45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F as measured by instant-read thermometer. For best results, do not heat longer than 45 minutes as doing so may dry out the meat.
