• To bring you these distinctive restaurant-quality pastas, we partnered with Semolina Artisanal Pasta in Pasadena, California. Founder Leah Ferrazzani traveled to Italy to learn how to make flavorful pasta and master the art of drying it. Crafted simply with 100% organic semolina and water, her pasta is slow-dried for a slightly nutty, wheat-like flavor. This trio includes bell-shaped campanelle, scroll-shaped strozzapreti and ribbon-like reginetti. Each type of pasta has a porous surface that helps capture your favorite sauce.
