Rated 5 out of 5 by Argus from Simple, well built, easy to use! The Orange X Juicer was my wife and I's wedding present to ourselves in 1999. We squeezed lemons to make lemonade for 200 guests at our reception on what turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. We bought a house with citrus trees and have been loving fresh orange juice. We squeeze lots of citrus every year and have not had any problems with the juicer. Our kids are now in charge of the juicing and they use it with ease. It has been one of our best purchases!Date published: 2018-05-14Rated 1 out of 5 by juicer repair from Looking for spare parts Purchased this juicer a year ago for my wife's birthday It worked great until one morning the juice making process came to halt as result of a loose screw and a disconnect cylinder rod which then perforated the metal die cast fruit cup. Fortunately and unlike electric juicers this is repairable technology. Sadly, finding spare-parts has been a bit of a challenge. Williams-Sonoma - please help!Date published: 2018-02-06Rated 5 out of 5 by SteveK from Excellent Juicer I've owned one of these for about 2-3 years. It gets constant use yet shows no signs of wear, save for the branding having worn off the metal dish. I'd guess I juice 2-4 lemons or limes (and occasionally small oranges & grapefruits) about 3-5 days a week. Much easier on the wrists/hands than a hand-held juicer and yields more juice as well. Easy to use, easy to clean, high yield, and built like a tank. It's big, not inexpensive, and does only one job...if you can get past those three issues, you'll love it.Date published: 2017-05-24Rated 5 out of 5 by Kimmworld from Best citrus juicer bar none Enjoying our Arizona citrus trees reached a new high with this amazing juicer. It is easy to use and easily juices each citrus half. It is large enough to handle everything up to a medium sized grapefruit. Larger grape fruits can be quartered, which isn't perfect but you'll have fun with this very effective tool.Date published: 2015-07-04Rated 4 out of 5 by JANMONTI from Favorite Bar and Kitchen Accessory This juicer does a great job for its intended purpose; Grapefruit/Orange/Lemon/Limes. It's a fun way to entertain and also is a great way to enjoy "fresh" squeezed juice. I LOVE IT!Date published: 2015-03-02Rated 5 out of 5 by bonniv from Easy peezy lemon squeezy. My husband drinks oodles of OJ so I thought this would be good instead of buying store bought juice. I love it! So easy to use and clean. It is kinda big so its new home is on the counter but that's okay. We even made soda...tangerines, lime, grapefruit, perrier and a little xylitol.Date published: 2013-05-13Rated 2 out of 5 by FoodPhotog from Tipsy Juicer This juicer tends to fall towards you while squeezing if you're not careful. It is also overpriced, though I think you will get years of use.Date published: 2013-05-06Rated 4 out of 5 by mealsnheels from Great for oranges, lemons, limes... ...not good for grapefruit. I wish I had known that this product comes in different sizes; the one offered by Williams-Sonoma is Medium. The Large size might have been a better all around juicer for my needs. I store mine in a lower cabinet and while it is heavy, I have no trouble getting it out and putting it away. It is quick and easy to use and clean. My kids love it! The biggest negatives include the handle which sometimes falls while placing the fruit in the machine (ouch!) and sometimes locks in place when pushed down and has torn the little rubble stopper. The two metal pieces the fruit is placed on sometimes stick to the fruit. The suction cups don't work very well. All in all a great machine for juicing! Definitely would recommend it with the advice to select the size according to your needs!Date published: 2012-04-03
