Produced in Northern Apulia from Peranzana olives, this award-winning extra-virgin olive oil is cold-pressed using traditional granite grindstones for perfect structure and balance. The result is a medium-fruity green oil with peppery flavor that will enhance vinaigrettes, soups and sauces, and is ideal for drizzling over pasta, grilled meat, chicken and seafood. Made by the fourth-generation Muraglia family, the oil arrives in a handcrafted ceramic container, beautifully decorated with a painterly pattern from our Palermo collection, inspired by the sun-kissed colors of the Mediterranean. After you finish the oil, use the collectible ceramic container as a vase or serving vessel.
