Prep is simple – just let the buns rise overnight, bake them in the morning, and cover them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Return Policy

We're not able to provide returns or cancellations on any food products, which are final sale items.

Receiving Instructions

• Pastries ship frozen with dry ice, which may evaporate during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove pastries from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to rise.
• Remove tray from box.
• Place tin of frozen buns on baking sheet and let rise at room temperature for approx. 9 hours or overnight.
• Position rack in lower third of oven and preheat to 350°F.
• Transfer baking sheet to oven.
• Bake buns until tops are golden brown, approx. 17–20 minutes, rotating baking sheet 180° halfway through baking time to ensure even browning.
• Let buns cool for 1 minute, then turn tin over onto baking sheet and remove buns.
• In bowl, stir together 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.
• Add buns one at a time and toss to coat evenly with sugar mixture.
• Serve warm.
