Receiving Instructions

• Entrée ships frozen. Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 3 days or in freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Cook from frozen.
• Preheat oven to 475°F. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn down temperature to 375°F and continue baking for additional 45–50 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 120°F. Allow entrée to rest outside oven for 5–10 minutes. Internal temperature will rise to 135°F (medium rare). When checking internal temperature, insert thermometer through side rather than top to avoid leaking of juices. Oven temperatures may vary, so adjust cooking time accordingly.
• Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 43–45 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 120°F.
