Use

• While using, turn machine off and scrape bowl with spatula frequently.
• Eggs at room temperature are best for whisking.
• Before whisking egg whites, make sure there's no grease or egg yolk on whisk or bowl.
• Use cold ingredients for pastry unless recipe states otherwise.
• When making bread, do not exceed maximum capacities or machine may become overloaded. If you hear machine laboring, switch it off, remove half the dough and mix it in batches.
• Ingredients mix best if liquid is added first.

Care

• Turn off and unplug machine before cleaning.
• A little grease may appear at attachment outlet when you first use it. This is normal – just wipe off grease.
• Do not use abrasives on power unit or immerse it in water. Wipe with damp cloth, then dry.
• Removable parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, hand-wash, then dry thoroughly.
• Do not use wire brush, steel wool or bleach to clean bowl. Use vinegar to remove limescale. Keep away from heat (cooktops, ovens, microwaves).

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
