Use

• Do not unplug until cooling sequence and fans have come to complete stop.

Care

• Unplug machine and allow all parts to cool before cleaning.
• Clean grill after each use.
• Grilling trays, resting plates, drip pan, handle and other removable components are dishwasher safe.
• Clean drip pan regularly, being careful not to spill grease and fat. Dispose of grease once it has cooled. Ensure hot fat does not come into contact with water.
• Wipe exterior clean with cloth soaked in lukewarm water. To remove stubborn, burned-on food, use stainless-steel cleaning solution and abrasive cleaning materials.
• Do not immerse grill in water or any other liquid.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
