Jacques Torres Cookie Mix, Chocolate Chip

Bake the ultimate homemade versions of the legendary chocolate chip cookies from Jacques Torres, James Beard Award–winning pastry chef and iconic chocolatier. It's easy with this premium mix. For incomparable flavor, the mix is custom blended using the best ingredients, including premium Belgian dark chocolate. Just add eggs, butter and bake, then serve your cookies warm from the oven.

• 2 lb. 9 oz. (makes approx. 15 cookies).
• Made in USA using American and imported ingredients.

• You will need to add: 1 cup unsalted butter, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional).
• Warm unsalted butter. It should be softened to room temperature, not hot.
• Beat two eggs well. Add eggs into butter and mix.
• Pour entire bag of cookie mix over butter and eggs.
• Mix with spatula until incorporated.
• Using medium ice cream scoop, deposit dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or nonstick foil.
• Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for approx. 13 minutes until edges become golden brown. Do not overbake.
• Let cookies cool.

• Brown sugar, granulated sugar, cake flour, bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, 60% dark chocolate chips (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla).
