The chefs of the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen took our customers' all-time-favorite recipes and turned them into time-saving meal starters designed exclusively for the Instant Pot. This gift set features two of our most popular starters – Lemon Parmesan Leek Risotto and Tortilla Soup. Cook them in the Instant Pot and in less than 20 minutes, they'll be ready to serve and enjoy.

Lemon Parmesan Leek Risotto: Savory blend of arborio rice, Parmesan cheese, leeks and citrus. (11 oz.)

Tortilla Soup: Made with a blend of ancho and Hatch chiles, black beans, lime, garlic and spices. (5.6 oz.)

Lemon Parmesan Leek Risotto:

• Rice, Parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), salt, contains 2% or less of the following: shallots, sugar, cheese flavor (Parmesan cheese [pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes], sodium phosphate, salt, lactic acid), lemon powder (rice maltodextrin, lemon juice concentrate, lemon oil), Parmesan cheese flavor (maltodextrin, whey solids, natural Parmesan cheese flavor, salt), sunflower oil, leeks, natural flavor, lemon peel, scallions, butter flavor (whey solids, enzyme modified butter, maltodextrin, salt, dehydrated butter, guar gum, annatto, turmeric), lactic acid, spices (chives, black pepper).
• Contains dairy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, sesame, eggs, dairy, soy, mustard.

Tortilla Soup:

• Black beans, corn, bell pepper, dried chiles, salt, onion, masa flour, tomato powder, spices, lime juice powder (maltodextrin, lime juice solids), contains 2% or less of garlic, scallions, paprika, citric acid.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, sesame, eggs, dairy, soy, mustard.
