Instant Pot Pumpkin Risotto Starter

To create a hearty risotto that can be ready quickly any night of the week, our Test Kitchen chefs used our customers' favorite recipes to develop time-saving mixes for the Instant Pot. Simply add this dry mix and water or stock to the Instant Pot, then let it do the rest. The result is a delightfully creamy pumpkin risotto with notes of Parmesan, onion and herbs.
