In the mood for great Indian food? Skip the takeout and use your Instant Pot to whip up homemade butter chicken. Our Test Kitchen has taken fans' all-time favorite recipes for this classic dish and turned them into a timesaving starter designed especially for the Instant Pot. The savory blend of ripe tomatoes and sweet onions is enlivened with fragrant Indian spices, including ginger, turmeric, curry and garam masala. For a great meal, just combine the starter with sautéed chicken in your pot and pressure cook for 10 minutes.

- Tomatoes (salt, citric acid), water, sweet onions, garlic, ginger, tomato paste (salt, citric acid), kosher salt, cilantro, natural coconut-type flavor (allergen-free), turmeric, cumin, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, chili powder, citric acid, rice starch, garam masala, ascorbic acid and paprika.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Too much citric acid in the ingredients making it taste like a lemon bomb. Butter chicken is very rich in flavor. I even tried to soften to the extreme tangy tartness by adding half and half and lite sour cream to buffer the flavor. It was edible but not the typical rich smooth butter chicken gravy we are accustomed to. We are big fans of indian food and I cook a lot of indian food for my husband. They need to consult with an someone that is familiar with this dish regarding the flavor profiles.Date published: 2019-09-22
