Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Disappointed from Don’t Believe The Hype! I thought I was buying a good to sear my meats, that wouldn’t look as beat as some cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel pans do. This claims to be the answer, scratch resistant, non-stick like surface etc, etc. The first thing I cooked was fish and it was horrible, it stuck to the pan, the fish fell apart, no browning/searing. The cleaning was terrible I was scrubbing like I left this sitting for days. It was slightly stained with a little residue but it did come somewhat clean. You can’t use metal anything, it’s going to stain and that’s why the manual tells so many special ways to clean it. I attached photos that show how not non-stick this pan is and the manual itself tells how fussy this freaking pan is! Total waste of my money and from now on I’m sticking with Le Creuset, All Clad, Staub and carbon steel for great searing!Date published: 2019-03-19Rated 5 out of 5 by bksi from What a great product! Thrilled at the performance of this pan. Heats well, even when placed on a burner far smaller. Some distracted cooking resulted in burnt onions; a little soak with some dish soap and a rub with a scrubby sponge and good as new; very easy cleanup, you just can't get stuff to stick! And for the size this is incredibly lightweight. Yes, it's pricey. But if you're already buying Le Crueset or Calphalon this is a bit more and lots better quality.Date published: 2018-12-22Rated 5 out of 5 by bon bon from BEST EVER Hands down this is the best cookware I have ever used. It performs to perfection. the flush rivets make this the easiest pan I have ever had to clean. Have used All Clad for over twenty years, and these pans are a huge upgrade. Do you take trade ins? Highly recommend these pans well worth the investment.Date published: 2018-08-20Rated 5 out of 5 by NYCLOVER from Gorgeous cookware The cutest pots ever and easy to clean. I did compare the lid finish to the William Sonoma’s thermo line and the All Clad and by far the Hestan lids do not have that same mirror finish the other lids do. regardless it’s a nice cookware just hoping it will really hold up as advertised.Date published: 2018-08-18Rated 5 out of 5 by nancancook from tOTALLY WORTH IT! This pan has not left my stove top since I got it! I use it for everything. Frying (has a wide base, bigger than my large fry pans). Soups, sauces, casseroles, rice, and more! Even use it open to roast chicken, beef and pork. If I was stranded on a desert island and could only take one pan...this would be it!! cleans like new every time.Date published: 2018-08-09Rated 5 out of 5 by Pattij39 from Beautiful My first reaction was this is the most beautiful pan I have ever seen. The first thing I made was lamb chops and they cooked beautifully, clean up very easy, but needed to use a little white vinegar to bring the color back. Everything I made was perfect until this morning. I tried making an egg omelet and buttered the pan first, but the eggs did not release easily, wound up with scrambled eggs instead of omelet. I still love the pan and will buy more from this collection. But will not use for eggs. In addition to the beauty this pan is far less weight than my other cookware and as I get older light weight is easier for me to lift. So overall I give this pan five stars.Date published: 2017-03-14
