A stunning design with sweeping curves, our cast-aluminum pan turns out an elegant cake perfect for drizzling with glaze or sprinkling with confectioners' sugar. Nordic Ware based its vintage design on an old German stoneware mold for baking a ring-shaped kugelhopf, similar to American coffee cake.
- Durable cast-aluminum pan distributes heat quickly and evenly to promote even rising, uniform baking and a golden crust.
- Center tube conducts extra heat to the middle of the cake for even baking.
- Nonstick interior ensures effortless release and cleanup.
- Made in USA by Nordic Ware, a family-owned company famous for its fine bakeware since 1946.
- Dimensions & More Info
- 10" diam., 3 1/2" high.
- Made in USA.
- Use & Care
- Before each use, wash pan with hot, soapy water.
- Oven safe to 400°F.
- Use only wood, silicone, plastic or other nonmetal utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- For best results, brush pan with a nonstick baking spray with flour. Turn pan upside down and tap to remove excess flour. These steps will help ensure easy release and excellent pattern definition.
- When pouring in batter, begin with a small amount, making sure that the liquid fills in all of pan's details. Pour in remaining batter.
- To prevent overflow, do not fill more than 3/4 full.
- Gently tap pan on counter several times to release excess air bubbles from batter.
- After baking, cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- To unmold, tap pan firmly a few times. Invert onto a cooling rack and lift pan away.
- Allow cake to cool completely before decorating.
- Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
- A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. You may need to scrub lightly.

Easy to use and looks beautiful, didn’t stick at allDate published: 2018-10-14Rated 1 out of 5 by Carene from Does Not Release I have owned this Bundt Pan for over a year. Each time I use it, I try to remain positive...carefully oiling, flouring and to my great disappointment, the cake will not release. I guess Bak Klene must be purchased at the same time. My last hope is to try Bak Klene.Date published: 2018-09-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Missie from Delicious Taste and Shapes I brought two cakes pans and I was able to design my coconut cake in a very beautiful presentation.Date published: 2018-09-04Rated 1 out of 5 by Mws2309 from Terrible Used it 3 times and this is the result everytime... TERRIBLE. I spray it with grease and put flour... nothing . Im very dissapointed. I thought i was buying the best product in the market and its the worst.Date published: 2018-07-29Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyKitchen from Beautiful Year Round Design I've made a couple of cakes in this one so far and I love how stunning they look. The slices are beautiful with the ridges on the edge. Kudos to my husband who added this and the sandcastle pan to my Nordic Ware collection for my birthday! I had one cake stick, which tore off the top of the cake. Honestly, it was my fault. I had made a light and fluffy cake (very soft) and I was too impatient to let it set before I tried to turn it out. Most of it still came out clean, but I lost the very top. I have had this problem with cakes before and I wonder if this is the issue some people are having. Anyway, I just set a timer for about 8 to 10 minutes now before I turn cakes out.Date published: 2018-06-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Molly from Awesome bundt pan! I purchased this pan today AND also made a cake with it today. I used a store bought cake mix and cake turned out beautifully! I did use a spray that had flour mixed in and used a generous amount. After letting cool for about an hour, i turned the pan over and voila! No issues with it coming out. A dusting of powdered sugar, and she’s absolutely gorgeous!! I also found it easy to clean..Date published: 2018-04-29Rated 5 out of 5 by ShannonSDTX from Gorgeous Cake Pan! I bought this a couple years ago and always receive compliments on my cakes. It's kind of funny- the pan does the work and you get lots of "oohs" and "ahhs" :) To make sure your cake does not stick, grease your pan even after you think you already did. And I highly recommend dusting flour or cocoa powder in the pan, too. Highly recommend!Date published: 2018-04-28Rated 5 out of 5 by JohnnieGirl from Beautiful This pan produces a gorgeous Bundt. It have only baked red velvet pound cakes using this pan and they are downright stunning. Released easily with grocery store bakers' release spray.Date published: 2018-01-20
I've been considering this bundt pan. I'm wondering how you slice the cake. Do you slice on the angle of the swirl or traditional vertical slices?slice it as you please but before you do, make sure everyone sees it's unique shape.Date published: 2013-10-22
Is it possible to ice a cake made in this pan? How would you do that? Most of the pictures I've seen online show this cake with only a dusting of powdered sugar to show off the beautiful design of the pan. However, I'm wondering if I made a traditional birthday cake using this pan, could I also use traditional cake icing and still have a visually pleasing result.Sure, You will want to make a thin icing. I have found that if you make a Bundt cake, cool it in the fridge, and then pour over a steady stream of icing (usually an icing that you cook) the icing will solidify quite smoothly as it runs down the cake. This procedure may take some practice on your part though. I have often used a chocolate topping/melted chocolate for this purpose as well...Date published: 2013-10-22
What is the cup capacity of the pan? Will a whole cake mix fit? It's a 10 cup capacity cake pan.Date published: 2013-10-22
Can I use this pan for a semifreddo?I have a recipe for a brandy-mascarpone semifreddo, which says to use a 10-cup silicone kugelhopf mold. I can't find a silicone one, so am wondering if this can go in the freezer for up to 2 weeks like the silicone mold can.I love this pan. I have not used it for semifreddo but I have molded ice cream in it. I only had in the freezer for about 3 days and it turned out fine. I just dipped the pan in warm water, wiped it off, put a plate over the top and flipped it over. A slight tap helped it pop right out. I did put it back in the freezer for about 30 min. after unmolding because it started to melt quite quickly. Turned out great!Date published: 2013-10-22
