A 4th-generation chocolatier of French heritage based on California's central coast, Sheila Kearns created this impressive board using organic, Fair Trade, Agostoni chocolate from Italy and insight from 100-year-old family recipes. It features a stunning array of handmade, hand-painted chocolates alongside dried fruit dipped in couverture chocolate, ripe berries and fresh roses. Almost too beautiful to eat, the assortment is presented on a solid dark chocolate heart.

• Assortment varies based on availability. Components may include solid milk chocolate and dark chocolate, butter toffee peanut chocolate bars, olallieberry lips, dried fruit (fig, kiwi, apricot, hibiscus) dipped in dark chocolate, and milk chocolate and dark chocolate bonbons (filled with raspberry, lingonberry, mixed nuts, dried pomegranate, liquid caramel, blueberry lavender, wildflower honey, strawberry balsamic, vanilla coffee butterscotch or red miso caramel).

Receiving Instructions

• All components ship chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store unopened berries in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
• Store unopened filled chocolates and truffles in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
• Fresh roses are edible but mainly decorative.

Serving Instructions

• Solid chocolate board can be eaten as is, used in baked goods or made into our authentic French-style sipping chocolate (see QR code included in shipment for recipe).
