Half Honey Glazed Spiral Cut Ham

The Cajun Turkey Company has been making the most succulent Cajun fried turkey since 1994. Billy Howell started the family business in his Louisiana garage, and it's grown to include more Southern specialties, including exceptional smoked meats like this glazed ham. The ham is low-smoked over hickory chips for 24 hours, glazed with Howell's signature honey-spice blend and fire torched to a perfect finish. The ham arrives fully cooked and spiral sliced for easy serving – warm it in the oven for a hearty Thanksgiving dinner with plenty of leftovers for sandwiches.

Receiving Instructions

• The ham is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.

Preparation Instructions

• If ham is frozen, thaw unopened in refrigerator for 24 hours. 
• Ham is fully cooked and needs only warming in the oven before serving. Preheat oven to 250°F. Remove plastic from ham and cover in foil. Place foil-wrapped ham in pan and warm in preheated oven for 45–60 minutes or until warm. Do not overheat.

• Ham: Smoked ham cured with water, sugar, salt, potassium lactate, brown sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium diacetates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate.
• Glaze: Honey, sugar, cinnamon, clove.
