At San Francisco's legendary Golden Boy Pizza, the motto is "it's hip to be square." Pizza fans line up around the block for square slices of the Sodini family's signature Sicilian-style pies. Our premium pizza crust mix makes it easy to bake up your own version at home. Blended using Golden Boy's own recipe, it's the simple secret to a golden, crisp-and-chewy crust with a classic blend of aromatic Italian spices.

- Packet One: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, salt, oregano, basil, garlic, sea salt, pepper.
- Packet Two: Yeast.
- Contains wheat/gluten. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, milk/dairy products, peanuts, tree nuts, soy.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SuSu from Very good! This is the first time I have used a mix instead of scratch. It took as much time as my scratch. The crust is light and rises beautifully. The texture is great... just a little too heavily seasoned for me. I make Sicilian style in an Emile Henry 9x13 baker. I have enough dough for two pizzas. I just freeze the extra dough after it rises. Overall, it really is very good. It's just a matter of seasoning and perhaps it will suit you more favorably. Still earns a four star rating. The original Golden Boy pizza sauce is a keeper...better than my scratch. W-S has it online. Try it. Cut the dough ball into 4 equal parts and made 4 individual pizzas about 8" dia. Cooked them on a pizza stone on a Large BGE set "wide open" heat. The secret is to use two pizza stones separated by an in or two air gap. That allows the bottom stone to receive direct flame and the second stone to get just hot enough. Cooked for 6 mins. Delicious. It is not as greasy as the one in the restaurant... but still very tasty. I guess you could add more oil! There is a lot of steps, which is really my only downside on this.... it was easy to make it just wasn't as quick as i expected for a mix!Date published: 2015-10-09
