The company achieves the authentic feel and flavor with a special mix of ancient-grain flours – millet, sorghum, amaranth and teff – that are naturally gluten-free and tender, without the graininess of rice-based and corn-based recipes. Prepare these sheets as you would conventional noodles, then use them to make lasagna or casseroles, or serve them with your favorite sauce.

• Each package contains 10 sheets of pasta.

Receiving Instructions

• Pasta ships frozen with gel/ice packs.
• Upon receipt, remove pasta from shipping container and store unopened in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 1 year.

Preparation Instructions

• Cook pasta in boiling water for 1–2 minutes if using for lasagna or casserole, or 3 minutes if using as an entrée. Drain and serve.

• Potato starch, tapioca starch, whole-grain millet flour, sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt, whole-grain sorghum flour, organic whole-grain amaranth flour, whole-grain ivory teff flour, egg, egg yolk, olive oil, cultured sugar, salt.
