Gluten-Free Assorted Pasta, Set of 4

Handmade using traditional methods and a proprietary flour blend, Manini's pastas offer the taste and texture of fresh, handmade noodles without the gluten. Manini achieves the authentic look, texture and flavor with a special mix of ancient-grain flours – millet, amaranth, sorghum and teff – that are naturally gluten-free, tender and flavorful, without the grainy texture of rice- and corn-based recipes. Prepare them as you would traditional noodles, and serve with your favorite sauces, in baked dishes or cold salads. Our collection includes:

Spaghetti: A flavorful Italian classic, in a medium thickness that's ideal with any kind of sauce (9 oz.).

Rigatoni: Great with sauces and in salads, featuring a tube shape and ridges that attract dressings and sauces (9 oz.).

Roasted Garlic Fettuccini: Aromatic and flavorful, delicious with ragu or simply with olive oil and freshly chopped herbs (9 oz.).

Lemon Thyme Linguini: Traditional flat noodles with lemon juice and thyme for zesty flavor (9 oz.).

Receiving Instructions

• Pastas ship frozen with gel packs. Upon receipt, remove pastas from shipping container and place in freezer, where they will keep, unopened, for up to 6 months, or in refrigerator, where they will keep, unopened, for up to 35 days.

Preparation

• Pastas may be cooked frozen or thawed. Cook pasta in boiling water for 3 1/2 minutes if frozen, or 3 minutes if thawed. Drain and serve.
