• Petra Pizza Flour: Made from high-protein wheat by the fourth-generation millers at Molino Quaglia, this flavorful stone-milled flour is ideal for making pizza dough, focaccia, ciabatta and sourdough. (1 lb. 1 oz.)
• Passata Di Pomodorini Di Corbara Tomato Puree: This puree gets its outstanding flavor from tomatoes grown on the slopes of Monti Lattari, where the intense sunshine concentrates their natural sugars and creates a vibrant sweetness. (1 lb. 4 oz.)
• Crushed Calabrian Chili Paste: Grown in sunny southern Italy, Calabrian chiles are prized for their spicy, smoky heat. Add this paste to pizza sauce or blend it with olive oil and drizzle it over fresh-from-the-oven slices. (10 oz.)
• Tuscan Salt Blend: The Cecchini family has run a butcher shop in Tuscany for 250 years. They also produce their own condiments and seasonings, including this aromatic mix of salt with sage, lavender, thyme, rosemary, laurel, fennel pollen and juniper. (1.76 oz.)
• Moretti Semola Flour: With a rustic flavor akin to cornmeal, this course semola flour is perfect for finishing pizza dough and making pasta, bread and Roman-style gnocchi. (500g)
