• Capricci Pasta: Named after the Italian word for "whims," these coiled noodles capture and hold sauces with ease. Made by the Setaro family in Naples, they're crafted with minimally processed semolina flour and air-dried to create their chewy texture. (1 lb. 1 oz.)
• Manfredi Lunghi Pasta: A longtime favorite in Campania, these long, ruffle-edged noodles echo the frills on the lacy dresses worn by Princess Mafalda of Savoy in the early 1900s. The pasta is made by the Setaro family from flavorful semolina flour and dried in the open air. (2 lb. 3 oz.)
