  • Master pastry chef Jean-Yves Charon prepares our savory croissants in the traditional French style, using butter and ultrathin layers of yeast dough, laboriously folding and cutting the pastry by hand. Inside each croissant is a tender filling made with spinach, onion, feta and Parmesan cheese. Bake and enjoy warm from the oven – as an appetizer or as a lunch, dinner or snack.
