Galaxy Desserts® Freezer to Oven Vanilla Custard & Chocolate Pastries

Galaxy Desserts Croissants are made in the pure French tradition using butter and ultrathin layers of yeast dough, meticulously folding and cutting the pastry. Inside each flaky, golden croissant is a smooth vanilla-flavored custard filling studded with dark chocolate chips. The pastries go straight from freezer to oven – no proofing or egg wash required. Just bake and serve warm for an extra-sweet treat any time of day.

Receiving Instructions

• Croissants ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and place in freezer for up to 6 months. 

Serving Instructions 

• Thaw croissants for 20–30 minutes on parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake croissants until golden brown, approx. 18–20 minutes. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
